Kelly Loll Mayorga - Speaker - OMNIA Partners Connections 2021

Ms. Loll is currently the Executive Director of Procurement Services for Florida International University, overseeing purchasing, contracts, pCard, receiving and surplus property. FIU is a public top-tier research institution with a student body of nearly 58,000 and over 9,000 faculty and staff.

Ms. Loll has significant experience in the area of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Process Reengineering with a clear understanding of what it takes to successfully implement change. In her six years at FIU she has led the P2P transformation initiative, successfully implementing myFIUmarket, electronic sourcing, total contract manager, electronic invoicing and spend analytics. Ms. Loll has over thirty years’ procurement experience in state and local government, higher education and consulting. Ms. Loll has over twenty-five years in leadership roles, including Knowledge Center Director for the State of Georgia and the Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Florida. Ms. Loll has served on many boards and committees, along with presenting at various conferences relating to the procurement profession. Ms. Loll has implemented major process improvements based on best practices and saved over one hundred million dollars for her agencies through strategic sourcing.
