Megan Urbas currently serves as a Sales Operations Manager for OMNIA Partners. As a Sales Operations Manager, Mrs. Urbas has responsibility for implementing and executing enterprise-wide projects dedicated to driving the overall growth of OMNIA Partners. Throughout her career, Mrs. Urbas has led a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 100 companies through product launches, acquisitions, and technological transformations that have allowed them to exponentially grow revenue with an emphasis on incremental market penetration. Mrs. Urbas has held several roles across OMNIA Partners since 2016 with a continuous focus on sales enablement while passionately executing innovative tools that support our corporate-wide strategic initiatives.

Prior to her current role with OMNIA Partners, Mrs. Urbas spent 12 years working across multiple industries in both Public and Private sector. Throughout her career, Mrs. Urbas has held close her passion for cross-departmental communication and inspiring shared visions across organizations.

Mrs. Urbas currently resides in Northeast Ohio and attended Kent State University where she received both her BA in Business Administration and MBA.
