Barbara Simmer is the Senior Vice President of Digital Staffing Strategy. She joined the company in 2015 and has more than 23 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. She has a strong background in both sales and operations, having served in roles from Branch Manager to Regional VP. In her current role, she focuses on sales mentorship, regional operations, and improving service delivery and engagement across the company through the use of cutting-edge technology.

Simmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Human Resources and Management from Ottawa University.
