With over 20 years experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain, Chet is the COO and co-founder of Beltrees Consulting Services, specializing in helping CPO's and CFO's achieve cost reduction and drive value through should cost modeling, strategic sourcing, procure to pay process & technology optimization, and supplier relationship management. Chet has spent time both as a consultant and in industry, most notably, leading the Global Procurement groups at 3 different companies, including The McGraw-Hill Companies, which included Standard & Poors. Over his career, he has negotiated over $15 B in annual contract value, driving over $1.5 B in annualized savings to his clients and companies.
