In Governmental Affairs, Leslie monitors and evaluates federal, state and local conversations that may impact upon an agency's ability to use cooperative contracts as part of its procurement solutions. Potential obstacles are addressed with customized solutions applied with collaborative input from OMNIA Partners, the agency and the supplier.

Leslie joined OMNIA Partners in 2019 after 25 years in contract lobbying and government service. Leslie worked for two Tennessee governors as lead legislative counsel. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Leslie and her husband Matt are amateur Christmas tree farmers with a flock of 10 lady sheep and Big, the happiest golden retriever ever.
